I like to view myself as a adventurer, I’ve walked on all the continents, save one. I’m a SCUBA diver and have dove all the oceans, save one. I have a pilots license, motorcycle license and a Commercial Drivers License. I enjoy the culinary experience, it’s my artistic expression. I like the complexity of blending different flavors to create a appealing palate that excites and mystifies the taster. Thus I’m always looking for experiences that allow me to appreciate others work. I enjoy most any style or ingredients that is offered. I'm a born leader and I love to travel and experience new things. On the other side, I own two homes, one for work and school, and one I’m in the process of restoring. It’s a large Victorian house that was built around 1900. I’ve truly been blessed in this life, as I have been afforded many opportunities, and had the strength and wisdom to capitalize on them. But this is all just a list of what I’ve done, while I think it’s true, we are shaped by our past, I also feel that we are greater than the sum of our parts. Thur it all, I have been lucky enough to maintain my sense of humor, I love to laugh, tell jokes, and generally make people around me smile. I type very slowly, (keyboarding as a second language) and I think this seams like it’s written in puddles of thought. I’m a much better in person ...... no human / computer interface to slow me down.
